Bujarski, Zbigniew, Polish composer and pedagogue; b. Muszyna, Aug. 21, 1933. He received training in conducting (1955–58) and in composition (with Stanistaw Wiechowicz, 1956–50) at the State Higher School of Music in Kraków. In 1972 he joined its faculty, where he served as dean of the dept. of composition, conducting, and theory (1978–86) and as a prof, of composition (from 1992).
